Shipping & Payment Info

We currently accept payment by credit and debit cards (except AMEC- Sorry) over the phone.
We accept Bank Transfer and Paypal.
All Invoices must be paid prior to our despatch of goods unless organised by special arrangement.
Ownership of Goods remains ours until payment has been received.
We charge all Postage Costs to the buyer unless the sale states that postage is free.
Vat at the current rate is payable on all sales with the exception of appropriate zero rated sales.
Shipping options are offered as choice but we recommend using a fully insured option and we will always offer the best cheapest method of insured delivery usually with tracking details.
We are happy to ship world wide.
Most of our items will be despatched within five days of order placement, many on a 'next day' despatch, but some custom items and special order equipment will take longer and we will advise on this with regular updates.
